As c one varies, the optimal-value graph has three pieces: eight, then c one plus six, then two point five times c one. On each open interval, its slope equals the optimal amount of x. At the breakpoints, optimal x is not unique. Don't confuse this objective-coefficient derivative with a shadow price, which measures a change in a constraint right-hand side.
